I have tried teeth whitening toothpaste, bleaching trays and ultraviolet whitening procedures - my teeth would lighten slightly, but I never felt there was any measurable improvement in how they looked. It sounds like an overstatement to say they (veneers) have changed my life - but I have stressed for years about having dark teeth, and now that stress is completely gone - replaced with a new found confidence that you can't put a price on.
